How many guests can your cottages accommodate?
Primrose Cottage can accommodate up to four guests over two double bedrooms.

Daylily Cottage can accommodate up to four guests over two double bedrooms. 

Is parking available at the Boltholes?
All the Boltholes are centrally located and therefore do not have on-site parking. There are however many nearby paid parking options – please enquire for more information. 

Are pets allowed at the Cottages?
Yes, subject to a small additional charge. Please just let us know in advance so we can make necessary arrangements.  

Do the cottages have Wi-Fi?
Yes, complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout all the Boltholes. Please note, due to the valley nature of Bath, signal strength can be intermittent.

Is the kitchen fully equipped?
All the Boltholes have fully equipped kitchens with modern appliances, cookware, and utensils to prepare meals during your stay.

Are linens and towels provided?
Yes, all bed linens and towels are provided for the duration of your stay.

Is there outdoor space at the property?
Primrose Cottage features a private courtyard and sun terrace. Daylily Cottage & Periwinkle Townhouse do not have outdoor spaces.

Is the property suitable for children?
Yes, children are welcome. However, parents should supervise them at all times.

What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is 3pm, check out is 11am. A later check out can be arrange on request for a small additional fee, subject to availability.

Is there a minimum stay requirement?
We require a 2-night minimum stay, 3 nights at Christmas.

How close is the cottage to local amenities and attractions?
All the Boltholes are located within walking distance of the city centre. 

Is there heating in the property?
Yes, all the Boltholes are equipped with central heating.

Can I cancel or modify my booking?
Cancellation and modification policies vary. Please refer to the terms and conditions at the time of booking. Non-refundable rates cannot be cancelled without penalty or modified. We advise that guests take out appropriate travel insurance for the duration of their trip.

Are there laundry facilities available?
Yes, all the Boltholes have washing machines and integrated tumble dryers.

Is the cottage accessible for guests with mobility issues?
All the Boltholes are restored Georgian properties, stairs are steep and narrow and doorways vary in size. As a result, they are not suitable for those with mobility issues.
